The Selection Council of small children section of the 24th Children and Youth Theater Festival has announced seven plays as final lineup.
Soheila Ahmadifar, Mahdi Qaleh and Mahdi Kalhor have reviewed 21 plays, which had earlier submitted to the festival, and introduced seven plays for the section, Iran Theater reported.
Seven plays, which will take part in the festival in November in the western city of Hamedan, include;
'Rescue the Mother', directed by Mahnaz Aghaei from Mashhad
'Bear Gift', written and directed by Ramin Kohan from Tehran
'Rabbit & Turtle', written by Manouchehr Akbarlou, directed by Saeed Sadeghi from Tehran
'Who Is the Strongest?' written and directed by Somayeh Monajjem from Lahijan
'Scissors Looked for a Job', written by Mohammad Hossein Naserbakht, directed by Saeed Zeinolabedini from Tehran
'Duck Road', written and directed by Farhad Esmaili from Tehran
'My Handkerchief Is Lost Under the Cherry Tree', written and directed by Hamed Torabi from Hamedan
Maryam Kazemi is secretary of the festival.
