36th Fadjr International Theater Festival
Bilingual Guidebook Released
The bilingual guidebook of the 36th Fadjr International Theater Festival, which opened on January 18, was released.
The 296-page book, which is in Farsi and English, includes the theatrical details of each group and performance.
The productions are classified for the first time in categories such as ritual, mixed, physical, documentary and musical.
The guidebook also included message of culture minister, Seyed Abbas Salehi, deputy culture minister for artistic affairs, Seyed Mohammad Mojtaba Hosseini, director general of Dramatic Arts Center, Mahdi Shafiee, an the letter of director of the festival, demanding noted director Dr Ali Rafie to write a message for the event, as well as the statement of Dr Rafiee.
Introduction of the jury members of the different competition sections, a synopsis and brief introduction of offstage section performances, provincial Fadjr festival, Try-Out section are among other sections of the guidebook.
The festival will close on January 29. Farhad Mohandespour is the director.
