Managing Director of Iran Performing Arts Association Watches 'Hannaneh'

Armaghan Behdarvand, managing director of Iran Performing Arts Association, watched 'Hannaneh', which is directed by Seyed Javad Taheri, at Central Theater Hall of the city of Qom.

'Hannaneh', which is directed by Seyed Javad Taheri, is a religious play, produced by the province of Qom. It pictures Hazrat-e Fatemeh (SA), the daughter of prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and some periods of Islamic history, Iran Theater reported.

Behdarvand expressed satisfaction about production of religious plays, which are inspired by values and characters of sacred figures, by artists, describing it as an important responsibility.

He urged as necessary knowing nuances of human and divine aspects of religious role models, benefiting from quality texts and sublimation of productions of the field.

Behdarvand referred to cultural and religious capabilities of Qom and its access to documented sources of Islamic history as well as its numerous religious and cultural centers, calling for the support of theater for picturing religious role models and replying to possible religious questions or doubts.

'Hananeh' is written and directed by Seyed Mohammad Javad Taheri and Milad Akbarnejad. It is about the life of Hazrat-e Fatemeh (SA), Imam Ali (AS) and Hazrat-e Omo al-Banin (SA). Arian Cultural Institute is the executor. Ali Farahnak, Seyed Mohammad Hosseini, Zahra Mohammad Bagheri, Mahdi Rokni, Saeed Akbarzadeh, Farzaneh Khanmohammadi are the cast.

The play will continue with two performances every night until Tuesday.
