Children & Young Adults Theater Festival Helps Identify Young Talents & Morally Educate Iran Children

The 23^rd Children & Young Adults Theater Festival in Hamedan in which active theater troupes are taking part with the theme of “A Show of Compassion on the Stage of Childhood” is a valuable opportunity to use existing and related capacities for identifying art talents of children and morally educate them who are the future generation of this country.

Fortunately the festival, which is regularly organized, has been properly planned and diversified its programs to pave the ground for participation of artists and students and has been successful in forming the culture of theater-going for children and young adults.

Also, the section to celebrate the 100^th-year anniversary of the theater for children and young adults by the late Jabbar Baghcheban is an acclaimed event, which is suggested and organized by Children Theater Foundation.

It is hoped these activities help promote and develop the educational condition of the younger generation and make them immune against cultural invasions. The participating shows of the festival, which are chosen from among the best stage shows of the past year, would encourage artists to make better productions to draw the attention of the public, especially educational officials of the country, towards importance of children and young adults theater.  

I express gratitude to organizers of the International Children and Young Adults Children Festival, especially the esteemed jury, the respected secretary and artists in the festival. I pray God to help the success of all children and adolescents of Islamic Iran.
