    Soureh Theater Festival Announces Winners

    Closing ceremony of 25th Soureh National Theater Festival was held at Andisheh Hall of Art Center, awarding winners, paying a tribute to Tajbakhsh Fanaeiyan for his lifetime achievement and family of martyr Ahmad Moghaddam.

    Mahdi Shafiee, director general of Dramatic Arts Center, Armaghan Behdarvand, managing director of Performing Arts Association, Rahmat Amini, secretary of the festival, Mohsen Momeni Sharif, director of Art Center of Islamic Propagation Organization attended the closing ceremony at Andisheh Hall on Friday, Iran Theater reported.

    The participants paid a tribute to Hassan Hajaji, who was martyred this week while defending holy shrines in Syria and family of martyr Ahmad Moghaddam.

    Kourosh Soleimani was the presenter of the ceremony, which was attended by many theater figures.

    After paying a tribute to martyr Hassan Hajaji, Kourosh Zarei read a statement to commemorate his sacrifices. Then, the festival paid an honor to Kermanshah Art Center, Abbas Sorouri, Mehdi Ahmadifar, Isfahan Art Center, and Vahid Namazi, Khorasan Art Center.

    The ceremony continued with paying a tribute to veteran theater artist and university professor Tajbakhsh Fanaeiyan with a lifetime achievement award.

    Later, the award winners announced.
