Jury Members of Ilam Province Theater Festival Introduced
Mahmoud Farhang, Saman Khalilian and Mostafa Koulivandi were introduced as jury members of competition section of Ilam Province Theater Festival.
Saeed Kheirollahi, secretary of 31st Ilam Province Theater Festival said that the festival would take place in the western city of Ilam from September 15 to September 18, Iran Theater reported.
He added that the festival would host troupes, which perform street theater or work in the field of play reading and Sacred Defense (1980-88 Iran-Iraq war).
Mr Kheirollahi said that five street theater shows, one play reading, five stage theater and six shows on the Sacred Defense would be performed in the festival and would be judged by renowned theater figures Mahmoud Farhang, Saman Khalilian and Mostafa Koulivandi.
He explained that one stage theater would finally win the approval to take part in the Fadjr International Theater Festival and one street theater would attend Fanous Theater Festival of the Foundation to Preserve Values and Works of the Sacred Defense and one to Resistance Theater Festival.
Kheirollahi reminded that the festival would close on Friday at 15 at Islamic Guidance Hall of Ilam with the participation of artists and provincial officials.
