Women playwrights play significant roles in the development of Iran Theater

 According to the public relations of the thirty-seventh Fadjr International Festival, the third session was held at the conference hall of the city Theater complex.

At this Forum, which is managed by Noushin Tabrizi, Haleh Moshtaqinia, Mohammad Amir Yarahmadi and Saeed Assadi talked.

In this meeting guests and playwrights along with the lecturer discussed some topics.

 

Noushin Tabrizi,stage director, playwright and the secretary of the meeting firstly emphasized the importance of holding playwriting sessions:” The play is a matter of great importance in the theater and the plot of the work that goes on stage. Such meetings have been held for the first time which I hope will continue to form a more effective event.”

Saeed Asadi, writer and theater teacher as the first speaker of the meeting, pointing to the great presence of female dramatists in recent years, and the growth of women's playwriting, he said: When discussing the presence of women in the arts and in particular in plays, it involves sociology of art and cultural studies, which is being raised in new scientific sociology, titled Sex and Gender.”

He explains the distinction between gender and sex: sex refers to the characteristics of physiology and its differences, but for gender, sociology defines historical and social definitions. In theories of cultural studies, one can not speak of a single gender because different societies have defined different definitions and different roles for it.”

Haleh Moshtaghie Nia, the playwright who was also the speaker of the meeting, introduced herself as a playwright, who inherited the sufferings, efforts and accomplishments of the women Haleh Moshtaghie Nia, the playwright of Iran's theater, who was also the speaker of the meeting, introduced himself as a playwriter, who inherited the sufferings, efforts and accomplishments of women  playwright ahead of her. she went on to study the historical presence of women playwright in Iran.
