Astaneh Passenger stated: "Making such a decision means imposing costs that were not foreseen at the beginning and in estimating the festival budget, There was a need to spend more time, so with the help of the secretariat and, of course, saving some of the costs of the festival, we were able to achieve this to a large extent and put it into practice.”
