Faghiheh Soltani on “A little Bite”

I was looking for a thought-provoking fantasy comedy

Iran Theater- Faghiheh Soltani, the actress, and director of the show "A Little Bite" considered this show to be her concern, which is told in a form of humor.

Faghiheh Soltani was born on August 20, 1974 in Hamedan, Iran. She is an actress, known for The Blue-Veiled (1995), Through Sunglasses (2000) and The Miracle of Smile (1997). She is active in stage as well.

“A little Bite” had been on stage from June 26 to July, 26 in Hafez Hall.

Soltani said about her new show: The first performance of the show "A Little Bite " was in 2019 in the Sayeh Hall of City Theater Complex, which was stopped after a few days due to the pandemic and restaged again for twenty-five nights. It was well received by the audience.

She explained about the change venue: Since the Sayeh hall was too small for the performance, this time we choose Hafez Hall, and of course the show is performed in a new form.

The show is about three old friends with completely different personalities who meet after a long time accidentally. They have decided to spend the last night of their lives in a hotel and end their lives before midnight but…

Soltani rewrote it many times, she explained The show "A little Bite" has a comic touch, which was my idea and concern. The idea was written by me and then by Farzaneh Sohaili, and I personally rewrote it about 8 times.

The actress of the "Helper" series continued: Since I don't like low humor to express my thoughts, the whole group and I tried to make the show have something to say even though it is a fantasy comedy; Of course, everyone can have their own views; Some people understand the level of the work and some people deal with its depth and content, and different perceptions are very attractive to me, and finally what is important; It's that even teenagers relate to the show a lot.

She emphasized: I always like the show to make people think and the audience to see it,   and also to  feel satisfaction.
