The selection Committe of the "Other performance" section was announced
Iran Theater- Neda Shahrokhi, Hossein Tavazanizadeh and Amir Raad were introduced as the selection committee for the "Other Performances" section of the 39th Fadjr Theater Festival.
They will evaluate the works of this section in three steps.
Neda Shahrokhi holds a master's degree in theater from the University of Paris 8 and a PhD student specializing in socio-applied theater in Paris 8, she is the artistic director of the Fanoos Honar International Art Institute and a lecturer in stage acting and directing.
Hossein Tavazanizadeh has a bachelor's degree in cinema and a he is a PhD student in film studies at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.
Amir Raad holds a bachelor's degree in painting from the University of Arts. He is the director and founder of the New Media Center of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Tehran. He is the Chairman of the Board of the Iranian Painters' Association and a lecturer and researcher at the University.
In the "Other performance" section, 74 works were submitted, and according to the call, after receiving works and 5-minute videos, they were reviewed by the selection committee. Those accepted for the second stage were announced. At this stage, online meetings were held with the applicants and the selected ones explained how to perform their ideas. Finally, the accepted works will be selected to participate in the third stage.
