Mohammad Reza Alvand died from Covid-19
Iran Theater- Mohammad Reza Alvand, Director of Provincial Coordination of the General Directorate of Performing Arts Center and playwright and researcher of Theater, has passed away after two weeks of illness .
He passed away a few hours ago. He was initially admitted to the intensive care unit of Besat Hospital due to covid-19 about two weeks ago.
Mohammad Reza Alvand was born in Nahavand in 1969. He was a playwright and theater researcher and during his years of executive activity, he held various responsibilities in the performing arts. Among his responsibilities were the artistic advisor of Sangelaj Theater Complex, the chairman of the Monitoring and Evaluation Council and the executive director of the Student Theater Center.
He had written some plays and essays and analysis, has also collaborated and worked with various publications.
