Maryam Kazemi to Perform 'Dreams of Summer Night'

Maryam Kazemi told Iran Theater that the educational workshop, which was aimed at preparing students for play within ten-month courses, was underway in southeastern Tehran province.

She explained that encouraging students to do more studies through analysis of play, art history information and social developments of each era and etc had been among curriculum of the workshop, adding that the nature of teamwork, role of every person in forming a theater group and rehearsals as well as trial, practice, experiment and certainty, theater of object, knowing the body, impact of thought and mind in movement, rhythm and harmony were other topics of the courses.

On the level of students, Ms Kazemi said that the students were registered by Varamin Performing Arts Association and they had taken part in one or two professional or semi-professional performance.

The director and instructor said that about 60 students were attending the classes.
