Selection Council of 24th Children & Youth Theater Festival Announces
Final Lineup of Youth Competition
Selection Council of 24th Children and Youth Theater Festival has announced seven plays as the final competitors of the young adults section while one play is conditionally admitted.
The eight plays introduced by the council including Hassan Dadshokr, Hengameh Mofid, Mojtaba Mahdi and Naseri Avijeh are;
‘Who Do You Think You Are?’, written and directed by Asadollah Asadi from Sari
‘Grey Children’, written and directed by Omid Niaz from Isfahan
‘Boys Are Lonely’, written by Hamid Qalehei, directed by Seyyed Javad Rahimzadeh from Mashhad
‘Golden-Pawed’, written and directed by Mohsen Pourghasemi from Hamedan
‘There Was a Home’, written by Mojdeh Haghshenas and directed by Marzieh Ashrafian and Mhadi Fadaei from Isfahan
‘Joy Trip’, written by Sahar Saba, directed by Mohammad Reza Maleki from Tehran
‘Pink Mind’, written and directed by Mahdi Farshidi Sepehr from Tehran
‘Phoenix Orphanage’, written by Arash Kheirabadi and directed by Mohammad Hassan Niazi from Mashhad (conditioned)
The 24th Children and Youth Theater Festival will take place in western city of Hamedan in November. Maryam Kazemi is the secretary.
