Iranian Month of Azar Has Started with Sadness

Majid Vahedizadeh, a theater artist from northwestern city of Ardebil, died today. Vahedizadeh, author, actor and director, was hosting the guests of theater festival of individuals with physical impairments.  He was 49.

 

'To Him We Return'

Azar (the ninth month of Iranian calendar, which has begun today) has started with the sadness over the death of a dear artist who had lived theater. The late Majid Vahedizadeh, a dear artist from Ardebil, spent his last days of life for the theater festival of individuals with physical impairments and he returned to God.

I pray God will bless him, who had been a noble artist of this land and may God give his family and theater community of Ardebil patience and endurance.
