'Dakhau' at Shahrzad Theater Complex

'Dakhau', which is written by Shahram Abolghasemi, is the story of three university students living together in a suburban neighborhood of the city. They start revealing their past stories and incidents while the story goes back and forth in time, Iran Theater reported.

Shahrzad Theater Complex will host 'Dakhau' since December 23 at 20:30. Hamidreza Hedayati, Mohsen Babei, Arshia Zarrin and Maryam Ghorbanian play in the piece.

'Dakhau' was performed in 2001 and 2001 at the student festival of Fadjr under the title of 'Auschwitz'. It grabbed awards such as the best play of the festival, the best director for Shahram Abolghasemi, the best actor for Hamidreza Hedayati, honorary diploma for actor Mohsen Babaei as well as awards for the music, set and costume design. The jury and audience named it the best play of the festival.   

Shahram Abolghasemi said that the play would be performed after many years which its performance faced some problems such as failure to win the permission from authorities.
