Farhad Mohandespour welcomed the Greek delegation in the ceremony, which was held on Tuesday at Mashahir Hall of the City Theater Complex, saying that Theodoropoulos is one of the greatest directors of Greek and Iran wanted to have a performance by him this year at Fadjr Festival but he did not have any play on tour, Iran Theater reported.

He hoped that the memorandum of understanding, which was signed by both sides, would pave the way for promoting cultural relations, especially theater bonds between Iran and Greece, adding that he wish to see a play by Mr Polos in Fadjr Festival next year.

Theodoropoulos expressed satisfaction because he was visiting Tehran again with a delegation like last year, saying that the MoU was of high importance for Greek.
