Nasrollah Qaderi as Deputy Director of Resistance International Theater Festival

Amir Nasirbeigi, director of the 16^th Resistance International Theater Festival, appointed Dr Qaderi as his deputy, Iran Theater reported.

Mr Nasirbeigi said in his appointment, "It is hoped that you will benefit from your experience, common sense, solidarity and maximum interaction with cultured artists and valuable theater figures to have a dynamic, comprehensive and quality festival to reach supreme ideals of the splendid revolution of the Islamic Iran and in line with the objectives ordered by the supreme leader."

Dr Qadei holds the first degree emblem of art from the Culture Ministry. A university professor and theater critic, Qaderi holds degree in theater direction. He is a member of the Cinema Instructors Society, a member of Research Council of Dramatic Arts Center, a former member of the Academic Board of the Islamic Azad University, a member of Iran Theater Critics Association and editor-in-chief of Namayesh Magazine. Dr Qaderi had taught at Islamic Azad University, Radio and Television Faculty, Soureh University, Nabi Akram (SA) University and Art University.

He has directed more than 30 plays in Iran and has delivered papers at domestic and foreign festivals. He has more than 40 published plays and books.

The 16^th Resistance International Theater Festival will be held late this year.
