The thoughts of the Imam Khomeini to broadcast by the theater

The Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance said that the values of the Islamic Revolution and the ideas of Imam Khomeini could be extended through theater.

According to Iran Theater, Sayed Abbas Salehi, in an interview with IRNA, discussing that art can provide a platform for the development of social issues in society, he  said: Art has the ability to create opportunities for the development of important topics in society, and the performing arts can pave the way more than any other forms.

He pointed out that performing arts can create opportunities in society, expand the values of the Islamic Revolution and the thoughts of Imam Khomeini.

Salehi conveyed the theater as a blend of dialogue and art, said: "In this way, we can transform what happened in the Islamic Revolution to the present and future generations, and provide the persistence of the ideas of the founder of the Islamic revolution."

The Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance said that we can help with this process by holding conferences and festivals based on Imam Khomeini's ideas such as  the khordad popular Theater festival, and I hope that these events will improve by years.

In recent years, along with the anniversary of Imam Khomeini's death, various plays, including Naghali and street theater, have been performed based on the values and thoughts of the Islamic Revolution in Imam Khomeini's shrine courtyard and the cultural centers of Tehran.
