Milad Nikabadi, director of the university Theater club for the Performing Arts Center is born in 1985. He had studied directing in Art and Architecture University. He is theater director , actor, critic and lecturer. He started working in the theater from Durod City. In the famous magazines and newspapers he wrote Reviews for many years. Milad NikAbadi is a member of the National Theater Critics Association, member of the World Theater Critics Association. He was also director of the Masoudieh Theater salon and Director of "New Generation" section at the 36th Fajr International Theater Festival.
Milad Nikabadi has directed many play such as "Macbeth", "Malone dies", "Time to live", "Fancy on parallel lines", "Bitter, such as blood in the vessels of Yerma", "Birth, life" Death "," Extreme horse "," Yellow light butterfly "," Robinson Crusoe "," Do not be afraid of sleep, ", " Madea, the second chapter ".He has since won various awards from theatrical festivals.

How do you evaluate the current situation of Academic theater?
- I think that the Academic theater has been growing in recent years, and the whole of theater and theater are rolling out. Basically, the young director's perspective to the contemporary theater of the world is very constructive and correct, but accepting this kind of view by the audience and the theatrical society may be accompanied by a series of interactions that will lead to the conclusion that kind of view is rearward. I believe Academic theater is in developing. The important thing is to arrange, keep, plan, and model the implementation of executive systems.
In the discussion of the program and support; What institutions should participate?
- I do not believe in separation of tasks. Academic theater, student and university professor is under the supervision of the Ministry of Science and the Ministry of Science is the head of the Academic theater. In general, the Ministry of Guidance is responsible for the culture and art of the country. If the Ministry of Science is somewhere inadequate and may not be concerned about effective measures, Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance should not abandon the support of the university theater. The young generations which studying in the universities, will enter the theater industry four years later, and if the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance shall invest in educating these young people, the ministry will invest for itself. In my opinion, the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Science should have an overlapping and one-point access point, and one of the academic Theater club tasks is contributing to such a relationship.
