Sadr al-Din Shajareh, a veteran writer and director of radio show, passed away tonight after bearing a long time illness.

According to Iran Theater, Ali shahjareh, his nephew confirmed the news and said to the ISNA reporter that he passed away some at laleh hospital tonight.The funeral will be start from Argh Radio on Mondey.

Sadr al-Din Shajareh, a broadcaster, presenter, actor, playwright, and radio director for several years, suffered from a rare illness for many years.

 

He was born in 1952. He worked as a radio show director more than four decades. His latest show was the perfume of tea which is broadcasted last month.

In the second year of high school, He met Akbar Radi after directing a play at school, this meeting led to a  friendship that lasted until the end of his life.

Sadr al-Din Shajareh studied opto-meter, but his interest in radio and television has led him  to radio studios. He has received a master's degree in Master Class about broadcaster.

He has also directed   many of Akbar Radi's plays for radio shows, and has played in some of them.
