The 9th Lahijan Citizen Street Theater Festival invited artists from all over the country to submit their works to the secretariat of the festival by the 27th of August.
The 9th Lahijan Citizen Street Theater Festival invited artists from all over the country to submit their works to the secretariat of the festival by the 27th of August.
According to Iran Theater, Negar Naderi,The head of the Islamic Culture and Guidance Administration of Lahijan said the festival will be held on the 25 of August on the streets of Lahijan City. The deadline is the 5th of August. Their works will be submitted to the secretariat of the festival at the Culture and Guidance Office Islam in Lahijan.
Negar Naderi, declaring the list of selected works to be announced on 6th of July , added: "The required documentation for the competition and special section is the completed application form, four copies of the compact disc containing an image file of the show.
Naderi mentioned the goal of holding the national festival of theater of the city of Lahijan, preserving the roots of genuine Islamic and Iranian culture, raising the level of citizenship knowledge, improving city life, solidifying citizenship, participating in building a healthy and clean city.
He said that artistic themes are the themes of promoting Iranian goods, increasing investment, improving business, Iranian identity, strengthening human capital, raising the level of trust of the state and the nation are the priority of choice.
She pointed out that 15 plays will be chose for the competition section. They should have not participated in any competitive festival before. Applicants for the competition must send a compact disc containing the video file and the required documentation within the deadline set for the Secretariat of Festival.
Naderi added another Section of the Festival is a special section for children and adolescents.
