One-man Shows have always been appealing to me

Iran Theater- Everything about Mr. F has  an influential social monologue about the condition of the people, and Arash  Abbasi makes an effective show for the audience with the ability to create attractive atmosphere and semantic, beautiful, and authentic dialogues.

Everything about Mr. F, is the story of life, poverty and loneliness of a singer, a man who sings on wedding parties and lives with his little income. Now he cannot sing on the wedding party because of his coughing up and his health issue, So he is looking for a fake story to make money for living through declaring sanitation.

For more than a decade, Arash Abbasi has been active in the theater. He has done many successful shows as a writer, actor and director. He has also published various plays.

After eight years, he has directed everything about Mr. F on stage again and has made some changes to the show. In an interview with Iran Theater he said: The most important change was unwanted. During these 9 years, the society and Iranian people have changed a lot. These developments are visible in the cultural, social, political and economic section. All Iranians have undergone a strange change over a decade ago. When I was rewriting the play, I paid attention to these issues. I added all the things that are related to the latest decade. One of the missions of the social play is its being up to date.

He said about the interest in one-man shows: This interest goes back to my student days. The first play I wrote , A basket of insults for Mrs. Shams, was  a one-man  play, a result of my loneliness and my student's time. In my next play,The sad story of  Mrs. Farangis . I just paid attention to a lonely girl . It was a single-player show, also.  In All about Mr. F, Farhad is really a loner. He should be alone in that tiny house with his problems. People close to him either order him or ask for something, or they encourage him to lying.None of them really involve in  his life. This single person can live in the illusion of an ideal life. This is the loneliness that makes him consider himself an artist, while the society does not respect him as  an artist.
