Reza Baharvand to become Director of The 4th Baran theatre Schools Cinematic and Theatrical Week

Reza Baharvand, the playwright and stage director was introduced as Director of the 4th Baran theatre Schools Cinematic and Theatrical Week.

According to Iran Theater, The 4th Baran theatre Schools Cinematic and Theatrical Week is held in order to encourage theater education and support of the younger generation with the participation of students and graduates of cinema and performing arts schools .

Reza Bahravand is a successful director among the young generation of theater directors. His play  A Jinn  Kid  at Bare boom got the best director award at the 32d Fajr International Theater Festival. He directed The Lunchtime at The Samandarian Theater Hall. The Lunchtime won three awards at The Iran International University Theater Fest.

The first Baran theatre Schools Cinematic  and Theatrical Week which was for the students of the Faculty of Arts and Architecture of the Azaad University  was held in January 2015. The second Baran theatre Schools Cinematic  and Theatrical Week  took place in March  2016 and  was attended by students from  the Fine Arts Faculty , Tehran University. The third Baran theatre Schools Cinematic  and Theatrical Week was held in July 2017.
