What can be better than art in these days?

Iran Theater- Marzieh Boroumand, secretary of the 17th  Tehran-Mobarak International Puppet Festival , has wrote a message on the eve of the festival's opening ceremony.

 

In a part of her message, she wrote: The cowards and acquisitive people, world eaters and the bully, have hand in hand to cut the bread out of the table and close the last holes of hope for the next day. In these hard days, what can be better than art, so that we can pass through this difficult time with patience and empathy so ... the sky of the puppet is still blue, so that black hearted people’s sky to become blue. 

The 17th Tehran-Mobarak Inrernational Puppet Festival will take place on August 23rd - 29th, 2018.
