on Eid Al-Adha, the great jubilation ceremony of Festival with the presence of Seyed Abbas Salehi, Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Shahram Karami, General Director of the Performing Arts Center, Hamid Nili, Managing Director of the Iranian Dramatic Society, and some other official with a large number of families, as well as many famous artists and figures of theater and cinema was held in Ab-o-Atash Park located in Abbas Abad Tehran.
The carnival of popular television puppet with the management of Marzieh Boroumand, as Director of the festival at the head of this jubilation, began at the eastern side of Tabiat bridge and from the Dome of Mina, to the main stage on the western side of the bridge.
"I am very glad that today we are witnessing the presence of all of you who accepted our invitation and joined this carnival," Boroumand said at the ceremony.
"I hope that all children and their parents will always be happy like today,, and I hope that there's always this empathy and unity among the people, . Because it is only with the help of unity and help that we can overcome all the problems." she added
The director of festival continued: "I'm sure that we can deal with all the problems with empathy and companionship."
The 17th Tehran-Mobarak Inrernational Puppet Festival takes place on August 23rd - 29th, 2018.
