Requiem for Mademoiselle Carmol to perform

Iran Theater- The play " Requiem for Mademoiselle Carmol " by Saeed Reza Khoshans  will perform  at the opening ceremony of the Asian Playwrights Festival (APF).The play was chosen by the Jury.

The festival, which hosts writers, critics, playwrights, producers, publishers and dramatists from Asian and European countries, is considered one of the most prominent events in the field of dramatic literature in Asia.

The festival, which focuses on movements and playwriting figures in Asia, is held annually in South Korea with the support of the UNESCO International Playwright Association (IPF-ITI UNESCO).

This year, They have paid attention to a play by Said Reza Khoshansen titled "A Requiem  for Madamezel carmol" which will be read at the first day of festival.

Among the works that the English version has received before, the festival selects a number of outstanding works. After translating the plays in Korean, the plays will be read in a few performances in English and Korean with Korean actors  so the performances will be evaluated by writers, critics, audiences and enthusiasts.

The festival  will take place from September 1 to 9, 2018,  in Seoul,South Korea.
