Ataullah Safarpour Passed Away

Iran Theater-Ataullah Safarpour, a veteran stage and cinema actor and stage director, passed away after an illness.

He was one of the last Siyahbazi (a kind of comic Theater show) actor.

He was admitted to the ICU in a Hospital due to pulmonary disease.

He was born in 1945 in the city of Gorgan and entered the theater from a young age. His main trend in the theater was Takht-e-Rohozei (Traditional) show, as he could be named as one of the prominent Iranian  siyahbaz actor in recent years.  Then he started working at Radio Gorgan as an actor.
