Shahram Karami: We will support the national and regional events of the Khuzestan Theater

 

Iran Theater- At a meeting  between the Director General of Performing Arts Center and Deputy Chairman of the Khuzestan Performing Arts Association,a platform for mutual understanding and attention to Khuzestan's theater was  discussed.

Sasan Shakorian,Deputy Chairman of the Khuzestan Performing Arts Association, in a meeting with Shahram Karami, Director General of the Performing Arts Center, presented a complete report on the Khuzestan theater situation, included: The number of offices of the Association of Performing Arts in the cities, the number of licensed Theater  groups of the province, performances of dramatic works, events and festivals of the theater in Khuzestan province and the plans by the end of the year.

In this meeting, Shahram Karami expressed satisfaction with the activities and dynamics of the theater in Khuzestan, said: "Undoubtly, with the volume of activities and registered groups and active artists, theatrical managers' point of view should be different in Khuzestan province.”

Shahram Karami said: "We will support the national and regional events of the Khuzestan Theater and the jury of the festivals."

 

Following , Sasan Shakorian presented the "Life Cup" statue to Shahram Karami, Director General of the performing arts Center. He discussed the plan to hold a scientific seminar "The Demonstration Capacity of the Life Cup" in light of the historical importance of the Cup and the presence of images and movements inside the cup which lasted three thousand years ago.

 

After the initial review of the project ,Director General of the  performing arts Center said: Considering the importance of the theme of the Life Cup and after review by the experts of the General Directorate of Performing Arts, we will host  the  scientific seminar ".
