A Selection Board was appointed

Iran Theater- Abdolhossein Laleh, Saeed Asadi, and Mehrdad Rayni Makhsos  were introduced as selection board for Stage section   at  the First  Alef International Theater Festival

Abdolhossein Laleh is an author, lecturer and director of the theater, who has written several books such as "Explaining the Story of the Drama in Literature"”.

Saeed Assadi is born in 1972 in Kermanshah, he studied theater and cinema. He is a lecturer at the university, playwright and theater researcher.

He previously had responsibility, such as director of Molavai Theater Center at Tehran University, two-time Director of the Fajr International Theater Festival, a member of the selection committee the Fajr  International Theater Festival,, editor of  Safhe Mag, Membership in the Research Council and Publications of  the Performing Arts Center and etc.

He has also been the author of many plays such as “Dark Like Mysteries, “ Highway "," Libro Swears " . He directed some plays like The Island, Repeating  an  act. He directed some films such as the café.

 

Mehrdad Rayani Makhsos is one of the playwrights and stage directors who wrote several drama and directing several plays.  He was director of Tehran‘s City Theater complex as well as Director of international affairs at the Directorate General of Performing Arts.

Alef International Theater Festival "A" will be held in Tabriz  with the Global Peace Approach. The festival is being held by the private sector in Tabriz to introduce Iran as a symbol of peace through performing arts.
