Bahar Katoozi:I will act in The Mediterranean

Iran Theater- Bahar Katoozi is a versatile artist. She is actress and screenwriter. She acted in The Cape With Baran Kowsari  and showed a realistic performance. She wrote the screenplay “Here someone is dying”. She is a graduate of philosophy and cinema. She has started acting and writing more than ten years ago.

About her recent activities,she said:” I will play in the Mediterranean by Ali Shams. The exercises  has begun in the summer .Maral Farjad, Parisa Nazari and I will star in it. we are going to the European tour, Italy (Rome and Pescara) and Hungary (Budapest) on November. We will have four performance in cities like Rome.”

She revealed the theme of the show: “The theme is about the crisis of immigration, the story is told from the immigrants  point of views that are drowned in the Mediterranean, and now the Mediterranean has become a place where many illegal immigrants drown there.”

The theater actress said about the attractiveness of writing and acting, "As a screenwright,I am more attracted to special spaces." But in acting, quality plays a decisive role. I have different approaches to writing and I do not limit myself to a particular form.”
