Actor must be able to present the character correctly

Iran Theater-Jalil Farjad, famous cinema, T.V and stage actor, has been acted in “Sun of Caravan” for six years.

“Sun of Caravan” is the story of Ashura Day and Imam Hossien.

“ Sun of Caravan " which is directed by Mahmood Farhang was held in November with a great reception of the people at the Vahdat Hall. It’s produced by Fadak Cultural and Artistic Institute and Rudaki Foundation and co-sponsored by Performing Arts Center.

He describes the secret of the six-year run of the Show:” Many plays have been dedicated to the life of Imam Hussein. But there are only a few works that have a dramatic and professional structure and can communicate with many audiences. Another interesting point about “Sun of caravan” is the combination of Christianity and Islam.”

He tells about playing in religious works and the important role of communication with audiences:” It's very important and the actor must be able to present the character correctly and to act it believable . Director must also be able to create the rhythm in his work.”

At the end Jalil Farjad adds:” I have always respected religious works and 8 years of scared defense, martyrs and veterans. So, with my principles and my thoughts, I play religious and sacred defense shows .I have always played these roles with  my entire heart and soul.”
