Roya Taimorian, Maryam Sa'adat and Maedeh Tahmasebi Joint Ali Rafiei’s Adaptation

Iran Theater- Roya Taimorian, Maryam Sa'adat and Maedeh Tahmasebi joint Ali Rafiei’s Adaption of The House of Bernard Alba which will run since December 5 at Vahdat Hall.

This is the third adaptation of Ali Rafiei from Federico Garcia Lorca's plays.

Roya Taimorian acted in “Blood Wedding” by Ali Rafie.Maedeh Tahmasbi  played in “The Fish Fall in love”(2006). Maryam Sadaat had been performer of “Romeo and Juliet”, “The Fish Fall in love”.

Ali Rafiee Will be the production designer as well.Neda Nasr and Ali Rafiee does the costume designe.Saba Kasmaie as light designer MohamadReza Jadidi as sound designer,Maryam Khosravani as make-up designer will cooperate with Ali Rafiee.

 

The House of Bernarda Alba (Spanish: La casa de Bernarda Alba) is a play by the Spanish dramatist Federico García Lorca. Commentators have often grouped it with Blood Wedding and Yerma as a "rural trilogy". Lorca did not include it in his plan for a "trilogy of the Spanish land" (which remained unfinished at the time of his murder).
