Identity formation of the festival will be on the agenda

Iran Theater-The Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance issued a message to the 25th International Children and Youth Theater Festival.

The message of Seyed Abbas Salehi , the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance,  is as follows:

In The Name of God

The theater for children and youth is aesthetic and cultural art for the connection between heart and mind that can create an effective and balanced personality in the audience.

The future belongs to children and the brilliant future of this land depends on the planning and special attention to this group of audiences. Today's children shape the values of society with their beliefs in culture and faiths.

The use of rich religious and national teachings and introduce children and adolescents to valuable Islamic and Iranian cultural and artistic education is a step towards the realization of the identity of the children of this land. This is the least theater capacity and influence that teaches children and teens how to be a good, conscious, alert and virtuous man.

 Holding of 25 edition show sustainability of this important cultural and artistic work and it is necessary that after a quarter of a century, goals and plans for the promotion and identification of the festival will be on the agenda.

Congratulations to activists and officials and artists, I have taken this opportunity to congratulate the celebration of "The 100th Anniversary of the Children and Youth Theater" in conjunction with the festival's opening ceremony.

  I wish the brilliant future for the children, theater artists and teenagers and family.
