A Play with The performers from 4 to 12 years old To Go on Stage

Iran Theater- Show "Caterpillar and why Do the bears have short tails?" Directed by Mehrnoush Dara  goes on stage since November 26 in Mashayekhi Hall.

"Caterpillar and why Do the bears have short tails?" Is the first show to be played by two different groups of actors from 4 to 12 years old.

 The show, which is  the eighth directing experience of Mehrnoush Dara, is trying to provide a different style and intelligent use of the characters and music of the 80s cartoons. In addition to creating fun and joyful moments for children, it also creates  nostalgic atmosphere for parents.

The show based on a play by Jean Mattson.  Playwriting for Puppet Theatre provides a foundation for those puppeteers, teachers and librarians who want to develop suitable scripts for puppet theatre. Mattson explores the difference between traditional theatre and puppet theatre and notes the special characteristics of the various puppets. The important aspects of script writing are then addressed. Simin Amirian translated the play.
