Mikael Sharestani To Bring Monodrama “Singer Of Manhattan Street” To City Theater Complex

Iran Theater- Mikael Sharestani,stage actor and director, will run Monodrama “Singer of Manhattan Street” from Jan.10 at City Theater Complex.

“Singer of Manhattan Street”is about an actor’s life .He is dying and his daughter comes to meet him.

Mikael Sharestani will direct and act in the show. He will act and say 70 min monologue in the show.The idea of the play belongs to him but Nima Mehr wrot the play.

Mikael Sharestani had acted in Monodrama ‘Mooyeh Jam’ by Qotbedin Sadeghi 24 years ago. He’s had a brilliant career as a stage actor.He worked with Qotbedin Sadeghi in some of his works such as Hamlet, Macbeth,Mooyeh jam,Bahram Chobineh, Seven Lost Tribes and etc.

He had worked with many famous stage director such as Late Hamid Samandarian,late Homa Roosta, Behzad Farahani,Hadi Marzban,Hamid Amjad.

The show will be on stage from Jan.10 at City Theater Complex.
