"Blood Garden" is a romance show that narrates history

Iran Theater-‘Blood Garden’, directed by Amir Bashiri, will be on stage in the main hall of Mashhad’s City Theater Complex since Dec 22. The cast include Parviz Fallahipour, Kamran Tafti, Mohammad Ellahi, Amir Mohasebati, Zohre Moradi, Javad Mohammadzadeh, Saeed Sadeghi, Amir Aminpour, Mahshid Sharifi, Mahboubeh Soltani, Mehran Motei, Majid Bakhsheshian, Sajjad Entezari. The playwright is Mohamad Neghabi and  14 main performer and 20 character actors will play in the show.

Amir Bashri said to Iran Theater that ‘blood garden’ is a family love story that occurs in background  of an important historical event.

He added:” The story  occurs in 1314. Layla is lost and her father asks her fiancé to find her. Her fiance works in Shahr-e-Bani, and  finding Leila leads to the victimization of a group of people. I tried to use the symbols and signs as much as possible, and don’t build  a realistic atmosphere. All my efforts were based on making different spaces and we tried to involve the audience with show and the story in this way.”
