“Derkhshang’ went on stage at 17th Tehran International Puppet Festival.
AlirezaAghaee said:” I always wanted to write a work for peace and friendship. About a year ago, the idea of this show came to my mind, I began to write it. I with the help of Shaprak Theater Group, managed to run the Puppet Show. I am glad that the efforts of several months of the puppeteers have been fruitful in attending the Tehran Festival and admitting to the Ishara Festival.”
The 17th Ishara International puppet Theater Festival will take place on Feb.2019.
Since its inception in 2001, the Ishara International Puppet Theatre Festival has received tremendous acclaim & support from puppeteers, artists & performers from across the globe. Attracting thousands of visitors each year, the festival has brought to India over 150 international puppetry companies & promoted numerous indigenous productions.
