History is My favorite Concept

Iran Theater-Ali Shams is a young actor and playwright and director who is born on 1985 – Arak, Iran.

 

He started playwriting Since 2003 . some of his play includes: “Daberna” (2003),-“Dancer of my temples” (Tehran, Reading Session at Saraaye-Ahle-Ghalam) (2005),-“Amineh” (Tehran, Reading Session in Fajr Theater Festival) (2006)

“The Sphinx” (2007),-“Arus-Khaun” (Tehran, Banou Festival) (2007),-“Reshki and Massi” (Tehran City Theater, Rituals and Traditions Festival) (2007),-“Life of Egos” (Tehran, Molavi Theater) (2008),-“If you’re traveling one of the nights of Tehran” (2008),-“ Five episodes of lethal” (2009),-“The Cat in its own blood (2010)

He also actor of serial and films: Joseph, The Prophet” (By Farajolah Salahshoor) (Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting) (2003) and  Vafa” (Mohammad Hossein Latifi) (Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting) (2004).

He has directed “The Rooster who sings False”  that has been on stage recently.

Hossein Pakdel,Maral Farjad,Banipal Shomon,Sam Kabodvand,Anahita Dargahi  are the performs of “The Rooster who sings False”  .

Ali shams said about “The Rooster who sings False”   that history is his favorite concept. He said about the audience of the show:” I'm trying to start a conversation with the audience, and when I direct a drama on the stage,I start the  conversation . The audience who can be follow my show , They may enjoy it.”

He said about too much attention to Object in his plays:’ I believe in object more than accesoire. I think object as the performes. Objects are as original as they  can  convey concepts.”
