Cultural Directorate of the Ministry of Science: University Theater is one of the cultural developments of the Islamic Revolution

Iran Theater-The first  press conference of  22^nd Iran International University  Theater  Festival  held in  March.3 at Tehran’s City Theater Complex.

Amin Mokhtari, Secretary of the 22^nd Iran International University  Theater  Festival  , Mohammad Hadi Asgari, Director of Culture and Society of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, and Mojtaba Jeddi, Deputy Director the 22^nd Iran International University  Theater  Festival  attended the press conference and presented a report  on the activities of the festival  during last weeks.

Mohammad Hadi Asgar said :” The Ministry of Science is continuing to hold a university theater festival, and we are committed to support    this festival in all circumstances. As we believe, university theater is one of the cultural and artistic developments that have taken place in the post-Islamic revolution in  university environment .”

Amin Mokhtari, secretary of the festival , said that  the festival's approach is  the social ethics and added that  festival did not find a theme in the past. “

the 22^nd Iran International University  Theater  Festival  will be held  from April 24 to May 4 with Amin Mokhtari as director  and  support of  the Cultural Directorate of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.
