Ali Akbar Abdulalizadeh: The university theater has a productive nature

Iran Theater- Ali Akbar Abdulalizadeh, Editor-in-chief of Iran Theater, said at university Theater Night “The possibility of experiencing new approaches in university  theater is more than anywhere else, and academic theater itself is of a productive nature.”

Universtiy Theater Night ceremony was held on March 13  with the presence of Mohammad Ahadi Askari, Director of Social Cultural Affairs of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, and a group of university professors at the Tehran University Students Club. At the beginning of the ceremony, Ali Akbar Abdul Ali Zadeh, editor of Iran Theater website, was honored.

After receiving his award, The editor of Iran Theater said on stage:” The truth is that the process of informing theatrical events on Iran Theater website is the result of a group effort, which has a wide range of countries.Over the past 3 years, we have been trying to cover  stage news and theatre. As you know, Iran Theater is the official news  agency  of  Iranian Dramatic Arts Association. The media has a central base with 33 independent sites in each province which performances news from any part of the country on their own site in accordance with their priorities; and finally, a selection of these news  will publish in our main site. Therefore, universities around the country can also benefit from their provincial site.”

He added:” Before  I came to Iran Theater, I have always tried to get this high-profile attention to the university theater in the media I was working on. Because I think that many of the successes we are going to exploit in the professional level, the foundation will be set up in college .”
