The book “Winter show ritual in Iran” to Publish

Iran Theater-The book “Winter show ritual in Iran” by Nahid  Jahazi published by Sooreh Mehr publication.

This book tries to familiarize the audience with the rituals of the Iranian tribes, especially in the era when people had farming and animal husbandry, although nowadays there is no longer any trace of this ritual among the Iranian tribes, except in limited cases.

In the back of the book is written:"In rural society, the three seasons of spring, summer and autumn are the most prolific seasons of the year. In the three seasons herders to graze their cattle there. Gardeners plant their fruits and growers plow their land. But in the winter, as the trees rest and the earth waits for rain, farmers and ranchers also remain idle. For this reason, they spend their time with dinner parties and periodic parties, seasonal entertainment and holiday.”
