This festival is the best platform for expressing the customs of the Arab tribes

Iran Theater- with the presence of the Director of the Iranian Dramatic Society, Director General of Islamic Culture and Guidance of Khuzestan, provincial and local authorities and artists,  The closing ceremony of the 16th International Arab Theater Festival in Khuzestan province, was held on Thursday, July 18, 2019.

At the closing ceremony Hamid Nili said:” "Theater is the art of expression  and showing customs, and the Arabic Theater Festival is the best platform for expressing the customs of the Arab tribes in the Muslim world."

He added:” I am grateful to Mr. Dr Jorvand, the Director-General of the Culture and Islamic Guidance, who is always  cooperates with  the Khuzestan Performing Arts Association, theater artists, and the organizer and supporter of the theater festivals in Khuzestan province, and I hope that this cooperation always  will be in the province of Khuzestan.”

 At the end he emphasized :” The Arabic Theater Festival in Khuzestan Province is a good platform for the interaction of theater artists in the Islamic world, and I hope that in the coming years, with wider planning, we will see the presence of more performing groups from the various Arabic languages of the world.”
