Shahram Karami: performance studies is a kind of scientific look at performing arts

Iran Theater- Shahram Karami, the director of the performing arts center believes that the issue of performance studies, in my opinion, is a kind of scientific look at the range of performing arts that can clarify the light to reach the far-reaching horizons we always expect from the theater.

Sunday afternoon, July 28, the first day of seminar “The performance studies” took place with the presence of Shahram Karami, Director General of the Performing Arts Center, Hamid Nili, Managing Director of the Performing Arts Association, Saeed Asadi, Director of the City Theater Complex, Mehdi Hajian, Director of the Secretariat of the Festivals, Mohsen Hasanzadeh, Director of Public Relations and Milad Nikabadi, Director of the Academic Theater of the Directorate General Performing arts at Mashahir Hall of the City Theater  complex.

Before the lectures began Shahram Karami said:” This useful and valuable seminar with a bold theme will surely help us grow our theater. Earlier, a program titled "Opportunity" was held with the aim of introducing the selected performances of student works. It is very important that our ideas, in one application, can be of assistance to the theater. The university's theater center is one of the active centers in the field of theater, which has a good body of thought.”
