Two plays by Saadi Afshar will be published at the 19th Ritual and Traditional Theater Festival

Iran Theater-Mohammad Hussein Nassarbakht Vice-President of Festival, expressing hope that books will be released later this year if conditions arise.

He said:” Six books have been published in the 19th edition of the festival, including two by Saadi Afshar.”

Describing the contents of six books published during the festival, he explained: “The first book is the collection of articles at the 6th International Seminar of the Festival. The articles have been completed by the authors and were available to those interested in the seminar.”

“The Book The Research Notebook 4 is a collection of articles written by young scholars and applied to new theories in the study of traditional ritual performances. There is also a book titled The Notebook Ta'ziyyah 16 which deals with the collection of old documents from the beginning of the Qajar era”

“The book "Imitation Book 4" also deals with two live performances by Saadi Afshar.”

He added:”The Book Baazi Nameh5 has also been published. Laili and Laili Nameh is another book that deals with one of the famous puppet show in lorestan province.”

At the end he emphasized that Namayesh publishing is also set to publish books in PDF format.
