At the closing ceremony of the 19th Ritual and Traditional Theater Festival, Seyed Abbas Salehi, Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Ali Nasirian, Honorary President of the Festival, Seyyed Mohammad Mojtaba Hosseini, Deputy Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Shahram Karami Director of Performing Arts Center, Hamid Nili, Director of Iranian Association of Performing Arts, Hojatoleslam Mohammad Mehdi Behdarvand Advisor to the Director of Performing Arts center, Davood Fathali Beigi, Director of the  festival, Mohammad Hossein Nassarbakht Vice President of the Festival, and Ali Mohammad Saadati, Mayor of Tehran District 12 and Ardeshir Salehpour, Dariush Moadabian, Ismaeel Khalaj, Peymon Shariati and a number of other artists and theater directors were among the attendees.

Afshin Hoshemi was the host of the closing ceremony.

Speaking at the ceremony, Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Sayed Abbas Salehi said: "If theater is the art of dialogue, the ritual show is the art of talking people to each other  and the art of talking to people from extraterrestrial space and beyond the myths and rituals. We are fortunate to live in Iran, a country that has an ancient civilization, and this ancient background has created an opportunity for many good events, including ritual performances in various forms. Iranian historical civilization and ancient Paleolithic have created an opportunity for our ritual performances to be very rich and varied in both richness and style.”

Ali Nasirian also spoke at the ceremony.He asked  Mayor of Tehran  to Build summer and winter venues for Iranian  shows to be played regularly.
