Shahram Karami: The Show “Khatoon” takes a creative look at religious plays

Iran Theater-The opening ceremony of "Khatoon" was held last night at the Tehran Theater Hall with the participation of Shahram Karami, Director of Performing Arts center.

The  opening ceremony was held last night with the participation of Shahram Karami, Director of Performing Arts, Alireza Zandvakili, Artistic Deputy of the Tehran Municipality Cultural and Artistic Organization and the family of martyrs of Pourang and Mosheaji.

The Show “Khatoon” is written and directed by Hossein Alambakshi.

Shahram Karami, the director of the performing arts center, also said in a short speech: "Fortunately, Khatun's drama has succeeded in the field of religious work over the past few years and has had a creative look at the field of religious theater.

He added: "I am happy that this work has been ongoing and is welcomed by the audience every year. These kinds of plays are needed in our religious community and need to be produced more.”
