Director and Selection Board of Street Shows to Be announced

Iran Theater- Saman Khalilian was named as director and Ayub Aghakhani, MahmoudReza Rahimi and Payam Azizi were selected as members of Selection board of Street show section.

In a decree by Nader Barhani Marand, Secretary of the Thirty-eighth Fadjr International Theater Festival, Saman Khalilian took over the management of Street Show section.

Born in Tehran, Saman Khalilian is a writer, director, actor, stage designer and holds a Ph.D. in political geography and a Master of Arts degree in theater from the Arts Evaluation Council of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. He has directed "Trinity", "You Will Never Come Back" and more than 30 street shows.

Born in Tabriz in 1975, Ayoub Aghakhani is a writer, director, actor, presenter, author, translator and lecturer in theater, radio, television and cinema, a jury of numerous theater festivals and holds a bachelor's and master's degree in theater from Tarbiat Modarres University.

Born in Mashhad, Mahmoudreza Rahimi is a writer, director, actor, author and lecturer in theater, a jury of numerous theater festivals with a bachelor's degree in dramatic literature, and a master's degree in art direction and doctorate degree from the Islamic Artists' Evaluation Council and Ministry of Culture.

Payam Azizi  is a  playwright, director, actor and stage designer and master of dramatic literature who has worked  in the field of street and stage theater for more than 20 years.

He  has participated in domestic and foreign festivals such as Fadjr Theater Festival, Traditional ritual Festival, Puppet festival, Istanbul Festival, and .... he  has received first prize at theater festival in Kosovo. Azizi is also a street theater researcher and has written the novel "The Man in the Blue"
