City Theater Complex to Home “Chanor”

Iran Theater-The show  “Chanor” goes on stage at City Theater Complex since December 12.

Previously staged at Kurdish  Saqez Theater, Erbil's Monodrama Festival as well as in Sweden, the play is a story of a man returning to his hometown of Russia after twenty years of emigration; He goes straight to the cemetery where his fiancée was buried before the migration to talk with her about past memories and the suffering of homelessness. His emigration came after the execution of his fiancée during the coup. Farshid Goiley, who was also selected as the best male actor from the Erbil Monodrama Festival, plays the immigrant male role as the actor.
