The director of communications, education and research resigned

Iran Theater- Amin Azimi, director of communications, education and research at the Theater City, resigned.

He cites his personal issues and beliefs as a reason for his resignation, and a growing focus on research.

A part of a letter of resignation addressed to Saeed Asadi, director of the complex, reads: The City Theater is one of the most memorable symbols of Iranian theater. I witnessed how you stood up to the, the heresies, the spies, and the profiteers with an oratory, diligence, and scholarly attitude, and you were more determined than ever before.”
