Iran Theater- Golzar Mohammadi, a Kurdish theater artist and secretary of the Tehran International Puppet Festival, died and was buried in her hometown , Sanandaj.

She had battling with cancer in recent years.
Due to coronavirus outbreak there was no funeral ceremony.
There will be a memorial ceremony in Tehran but the date and time will be announced.
Golzar Mohammadi was a puppet designer and puppet director. She had been the head of the Puppet Theater Association since 2016 and had been director for various programs and festivals.
